Non-Profit Fundraising

Overview

Showcase your non-profit group's Hoosier Hospitality at the Racing Capital of the World and fundraise with the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. IMS partners with 501C3 organizations in exchange for support during our major events. If you are interested in learning more on how to participate in these programs, please email fundraising@brickyard.com.

Fundraising opportunities are available in the areas listed below.

Ecology

Groups will be an extension of the IMS Facilities department, placed in a multitude of different operational roles.

Groups will work within these roles:

  • Trash Pickup
  • Emptying trash and recycling bins
  • Stocking/maintaining restrooms 

Groups will be compensated based on zone and group size.

Guest Experience

Groups will work in a variety of hospitality and guest services event roles designed to serve facility guests and enhance the experience of thousands.

Groups will work in these locations:

  • Gate Ticket Scanning
  • Parking Operations
  • Grandstand Ushering 

Food and Beverage

Managed by Aramark, non-profit groups will work in concessions stands located throughout the venue serving guests during events.

  • Concession Stands- alcohol or non-alcohol
  • Premium Services
  • Catering 

Retail

Managed by Legends, non-profit groups will assist customers at various merchandise locations throughout the Indianapolis Motor Speedway property.
